Guidelines

Communications are distributed to the Board of Directors or to individual directors as appropriate, depending on the information contained in the communication. Communications that are unrelated to the duties and responsibilities of the Board of Directors (e.g., product complaints, customer inquiries, surveys and advertisements) will not be distributed to the Board of Directors for review. In addition, material that is unduly hostile, threatening, illegal or similarly unsuitable will also be excluded.
