OSI Systems Receives $4 Million Order for Electronic Sub-Assemblies

HAWTHORNE, Calif., Sep 09, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- OSI Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: OSIS), a vertically-integrated provider of specialized electronic products for critical applications in the Security and Healthcare industries, today announced that OSI Electronics, a business within its Optoelectronic and Manufacturing division, has received an order for approximately $4 million from ITT Corporation for electronic sub-assemblies. The electronic sub-assemblies are expected to be used by the U.S. Department of Defense ("DoD") in their Mine Resistant Ambush Protected ("MRAP") armored vehicle program.
