Item 8.01 Other Events.
OSI Systems, Inc.’s (the “Company”) contract for its turnkey security scanning program in Mexico expired on June 6, 2020. While the customer has expressed its interest in entering into a new contract with the Company for the continuation of the program, there is no assurance that the Company will enter into any such new contract.
