Osteometer MediTech, Inc. and Dolphin Medical announce merger

Osteometer MediTech, Inc. and Dolphin Medical today announced a combination of the two medical companies' operations.

The two companies have operated as autonomous business units under OSI Systems, Inc. but synergies have been identified in marketing, sales, R&D and manufacturing that will be of benefit to both parties.



"We are very pleased to announce the combination of the two companies," stated Dan Goldberger, President. "We will all reap the benefits of the combined efforts of Osteometer MediTech and Dolphin Medical. By combining our operations we will significantly increase the knowledge-base of every department, and we will be able to more effectively service our customers throughout the world."

The transition will take place gradually over the next several months. From the customer's point of view it will be business as usual during the transition period, and all contact persons will remain the same in the new organization.
