division, Rapiscan Systems, has been appointed to be the exclusive
supplier of security screening solutions for the London 2012 Summer
Olympic and Paralympic Games and has been awarded a contract with a
value of up to $31 million. The decision was made by the London
Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games (LOCOG).
Rapiscan Systems has also been recognized by LOCOG as a tier three
sponsor of the London 2012 Olympics.
