OSI Systems Receives $4 Million Award for Patient Monitoring Solutions

HAWTHORNE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr. 2, 2025-- OSI Systems, Inc. (the “Company” or “OSI Systems”) (NASDAQ: OSIS) today announced that its Healthcare division, Spacelabs Healthcare®, is expanding its footprint with an existing U.S.-based customer under an agreement to provide approximately $4 million of patient monitoring solutions and related supplies and accessories to the hospital.

The agreement, which was facilitated in conjunction with a strategic partner, is part of Spacelabs’ ongoing mission to foster relationships with hospitals and health systems and help providers deliver exceptional care to their patients through near-term and long-term projects.
